Reset CSS

现有移动端浏览器的种类多样，这些浏览器针对HTML标签自带有一些不同的默认样式，也就是浏览器自带的默认样式表（user agent stylesheet）。

这些默认样式的存在目的是为了让我们的页面更加美观整齐，但是在移动web开发中这些默认样式可能会与我们自己编写的CSS样式表冲突，因此需要通过Reset CSS重置这些浏览器的默认样式。
